Education transforms lives.

Anchor 1

Transform Schools UK works closely with partners and engages the global community to highlight the challenges young people face, while also shining a light on the possibilities that open up when learning is supported well. Through this collective effort, we mobilise resources that help strengthen effective, evidence-based education programmes.

We are dedicated to helping every young person realise their potential, with a special focus on those from poor, underserved, and vulnerable communities. We believe that access to high-quality, equitable secondary and higher education can transform lives, families, and futures.

Together, we strive to create opportunities that enable students to learn with confidence, grow with dignity, and step into brighter, more hopeful futures.

IMPROVING LEARNING

  • Targeted Instruction

  • Targeted Instruction with an Equity Lens

  • Cognitive Endurance & Practice

  • Non-cognitive inputs

We are the only organisation in India with an at-scale proven secondary targeted-instruction model successfully adapted and scaled across public systems.  We also have qualitatively proven gender-transformative pedagogy that now drives gender-responsive core learning and activates district systems to prioritise gender-equity outcomes through data, risk visibility, and norms-informed action.

HEAD TEACHER & TEACHER EFFECTIVENESS

  • Teacher Professional Development Reform: Training, coaching, structured pedagogy, AI-enabled dashboards and communities of practice for improved student learning

  • Academic support to teacher educators and administrators: Providing effective academic support for teaching and learning

Multi-state, multi-year work that gives us a fine-grained understanding of Teacher, Head-Teacher, and district realities shaping learning.

SYSTEM EFFECTIVENESS AND LEARNING IMPROVEMENT

  • Institutionalising improvement cycles: Management and technical support to help governments allocate budgets, adopt practices, and strengthen delivery routines, sustaining a learning-outcome focus over 3-5 years

  • Evidence for continuous improvement: Global research partnerships generate evidence, guide course-corrections, and reinforce government commitments to long-term learning reforms.

  • Steering/Actor Collaboratives: Align actors, harmonise system partnership approaches, shape discourse, and enable peer learning across secondary education with emphasis on, life skills, and gender equity

We have a track record of strengthening public systems—planning, monitoring, delivery—to steer the system’s multi-year focus on learning outcomes.
